You have been reading and hearing all about our latest #yogabrunchPHL and we decided to make the 3rd edition a true celebration. Cinco De Mayo seems like the best way to celebrate the next YogaBrunchPHL, so we decided to create a whole new way to celebrate in fashion.
You're invited to take part in the yoga flow and a Cinco de Mayo inspired brunch. Get ready for movement, nourishment and connection! Teranga Yoga will lead a 75 minute yoga sequence that will bring your movement to another level; combined with curated music inspired from Afro-Latin beats to get you feeling good.
Namaste Nourish will present you with brunch consisting of whole ingredients and superfoods that support local businesses. Bringing you a "create your own" experience to highlight the creativity and use of ingredients in you, that you never thought you could do! We have a surprise for you, look out for our special guest & swag bags!
